KORAL TRAVEL – CAR HIRE & TRANSFER SERVICES PRECAUTIONS FOR COVID-19
Dear guests we are looking forward to welcoming you again. We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that Koral Travel are commited to providing safe transfers and car hire to all our customers.
We are taking extra messures during the current situation and these are listed below;
**All our transfer vehicles will be equipped with hand sanitizer for guests. This will be used when boarding the vehicle and also can be used throughout the journey.
**When arriving for your transfer or collecting your hire car you will be provided with a mask. Spare masks will be available on transfers should they be required. A spare mask will also be provided in the hire car.
**When arriving for your transfer you may be required to have your temprature taken.
**Our transfer vehicles will be adhering to social distancing regulations. Vehicle's will be be running at a maximum of 50% capacity.
**All our vehicles are regularly disinfected using a professional specialised company. The certificates for this are displayed in each vehicle and this is clearly visible to all guets.
**Our car hire team, when delivering and collecting vehicles and also our transfer drivers will be adhering to social distancing rules. They will also be wearing masks at all times and regularly washing/sanitizing thier hands.
**All our vehicles touch points, such as chairs, handles, doors will be cleaned after each service.
